The quality management laboratory has standard gauges, tools and devices, which are used to detect the reliability of products. They are always tested from four aspects: raw materials, whether the size of products is within the tolerance range, the mechanical property and surface request of finished products.
Customers receive easy to read reports showing the acceptability of products. Upon request, with a nominal fee, 5.Rich can supply Level 3 PPAP and other quality management documentation.ISO 9001/TS16949/CE Certified certification insures that all of 5.Rich’s quality procedures are carefully monitored and documented.
